AI and predictive analytics platform for industrial logistics, designed to anticipate demand, optimise inventory and strengthen operational and production planning. The project has been developed by WonderBits in collaboration with SPB, a Valencian manufacturer of cleaning and hygiene products and one of Mercadona’s main industrial suppliers.

The solution improves demand forecasting accuracy, optimises inventory levels and supports more efficient operational and production planning. It integrates with existing business systems and turns historical, commercial and operational data into reliable forecasts powered by artificial intelligence models.

Its capabilities include sales and production forecasting, continuous comparison between forecasted and actual results, short- and medium-term stock projections, and automated alerts when risks of stockouts or potential capacity constraints are detected in warehouses and production facilities.

By combining data integration, predictive modelling and business intelligence, the project helps teams anticipate logistics needs, identify deviations early enough to act, and support more proactive decision-making across the supply chain. As a result, it reduces operational uncertainty, improves service levels and helps maintain efficiency in demanding industrial environments, where planning accuracy has a direct impact on production, distribution and customer satisfaction.

Project Funding and Support

The project is funded by IVACE+i Innovació under the Advanced Technologies Assimilation and Dissemination Programme for the Valencian Innovation System, reference INNATA/2025/9, and will be co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) 2021–2027.
