Solution development
Once the approach has been validated, we build the complete solution.
We work in two-week sprints, delivering frequent increments that you can review, test and provide feedback on. We care about the quality you don’t see as much as the experience you do, creating interfaces designed for the people who will use them every day.
You’ll get_ working features delivered every two weeks, with a demo at the end of each sprint.

Deployment & Production
We prepare the solution to run in a real-world environment.

The terminology
Agile
A way of working in short cycles, with frequent deliveries instead of one big final release.
Scrum
The most widely used Agile framework. It defines the cadence, meetings and roles within the team.
Sprint
A work cycle (two weeks, in our case) with agreed objectives and a tangible outcome at the end.
Backlog
The prioritised list of everything that could be built. It is continuously reprioritised as needs evolve—it isn’t a fixed contract.
Jira
The tool we use internally to organise project tasks and sprints.
MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
The first version of a solution, built with only the essential features needed to validate it with real users and real data.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
A metric we define at the beginning of the project to measure, with real data, whether it’s delivering the expected results.
